Everyday Sweat - Presented by The Sweaty Guinea Pig

Hi, my name is Reggie Soang, and I am a personal trainer, fitness enthusiast and healthy lifestyle expert. I’ve put together a video website to help people make the most of their spare time with simple and easy exercises.

There are four days’ worth of exercises. Try to do all four during the course of a week. Each day’s set of exercises should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Day 1

Hip Rotations
2 sets of 10 repetitions
Note: Do for both legs each set.

Push-ups
3 sets of 10 repetitions
Tip: Keep your hips up.

Front Lunges
3 sets of 10 repetitions
Tip: Keep upper body upright.

Jumping Jacks
3 sets, 1 minute each
Tip: Keep your body relaxed.

Day 2

Drop Steps
2 sets of 10 repetitions
Note: Keep arms up for balance.

Side Planks
3 sets, 1 minute each
Tip: Keep elbows right below shoulders.

Backward Dips
3 sets of 15 repetitions
Tip: Keep arms close to your body.

Body Weight Squats
3 sets of 15 repetitions
Tip: Tighten your stomach.

Day 3

Hip Rotations
2 sets of 10 repetitions
Note: Do for both legs each set.

Front Planks
3 sets, 1 minute each
Tip: Tighten your butt.

Spiderman
3 sets of 10 repetitions
Tip: Step forward as far as possible.

Bicycle Crunches
3 sets of 15 repetitions
Tip: Slow and steady motion.

Day 4

Drop Steps
2 sets of 10 repetitions
Note: Keep arms up for balance.

Wide Grip Push-ups
3 sets of 10 repetitions
Tip: Keep hands parallel to shoulders.

Glute March
3 sets of 15 repetitions
Tip: Stay on your heels.

V-ups
3 sets of 15 repetitions
Tip: Exhale on the way up.
